All services are provided subject to these terms and any applicable quotes, contracts, or service agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law.
Estimates and Quotes
We provide estimates and quotes for our services to help you make informed decisions. The following terms apply to all estimates:
Validity Period
- All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
- After 30 days, prices may be subject to change
- We will provide a new estimate if you proceed after the original has expired
Pricing Adjustments
- Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements
- Material selection may affect final costs
- We reserve the right to adjust quotes if project scope changes
- Any additional costs will be communicated and approved before work begins
Payment Terms

Commercial Clients
For commercial projects, net-30 payment terms may be available upon credit approval. A 1.5% monthly fee applies to overdue commercial invoices.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may require changes to your appointment. We appreciate advance notice to accommodate your needs and allow us to serve other clients.

- Less than 48 hours notice Service fee may apply
- Same-day cancellation Full fee applicable
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment
- We will work with you to find a convenient alternative date
- Multiple reschedules may result in a booking fee for future appointments
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or quality of our work. We will notify you as soon as possible and schedule an alternative appointment.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer the following warranty coverage:
Installation Warranty
- Installation Work 1 year from completion
- Coverage Workmanship defects
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, fabrics, and hardware as specified by the respective manufacturers. We will provide you with warranty information for all products used in your project.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper maintenance or cleaning
- Environmental factors (sun exposure, moisture, etc.)
- Third-party modifications or repairs
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact us with details of the issue, including photos if possible. We will evaluate your claim and arrange for repairs or replacements as appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Draperies Unlimited's liability is limited as follows:
- Maximum Liability Value of services provided
- Indirect Damages Not liable
- Incidental Damages Not liable
- Consequential Damages Not liable
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Carson City, Nevada.
